Karen joined the systems group in 1995, initially as a liaison between the internal technical group and the analyst supporting our customers. Her ability to simplify the process and facilitate communications is superior. Current responsibilities include accounting; coordination of our entire renewal process; organizing all of our client banks’ data for the processing team, and producing paper and electronic reports.
In addition, she generally supports the rest of the team here at Olson Research. Karen came to us with 20 years experience in database management, systems design and testing, and customer service. She has worked in manufacturing, healthcare, and service related industries.
