Problem Bank School

This new program takes the participant from the “routine” to the complex and challenging world of problem banks. In this course, participants will learn how to identify red flags, risk focus the exam, identify and prevent fraud, draft enforcement actions, document to prevent or prepare for litigation. The course also digs up those “old skills” with Back-To-Basics.

Participants will test their skills with correspondent bank reconcilements and loan proceeds tracing. Using the bank simulation program, BANKdynamics, participants will get the experience of managing a problem bank – fixing the problems, answering the demands of the regulators, and trying to compete in a healthy local market.
