What is new this quarter

There is actually more than one thing that's new, but the biggest is the Excel version of our service kit.  It's not really new to the analysts here at Olson Research (we've been using it internally for years).  What's different is that we've created a version for you to download and fill out.  No more manually writing in the form and faxing it to us!  This is definitely going to cut down on entry errors.  We'll be making several more posts in the coming weeks that address "Service Kit" related issues. 

The other thing that is new is this blog, we call it the "Benchmarks" blog.  Susan and I are the authors.  Stay tuned to this blog's feed as Susan will begin posting client FAQ's on this site.
