Prior to handing-in its first decision set, each team must decide upon its management goals. A team can define its goals by clicking the "Mgmt Planning" link on the main page. There are six main categories of goals:
Risk
- Asset Quality
- Liquidity
- Interest Rate Risk
Return
- Earnings Performance
Capital
- Capital Adequacy
Growth
- Growth & Trends
Rank the six categories (goals) in order (1-high to 6-low). Within each category determine which risk measurement ratio is most important. The person who is
identified as the Leader under the Team Administration tab, is whose ranked goals are selected for the entire team. You are locked into your rankings with the first competitive run and will be evaluated on your ability to manage to your goals. This is to simulate the ALCO process.
